UTAH COOPER AND BOB CRABB WERE WORKING ON #3 COMPACTOR REMOVING THE ROLLS. C.M. COOK AND JIM WEBB WERE SETTING MOTORS ON TOP OF #3 GEAR BOX. THEY WERE USING A TWO-WAY SLING AND HAD TWO MOTORS ON IT. BOB WENT UP TO HELP JIM GUIDE THEM DOWN. AFTER THE MOTORS WERE SET DOWN AND UNHOOKED, COOK SAID HE THOUGHT HE SAW WEBB GIVE HIM A HAND SIGNAL TO RETRACT THE BOOM. HE SAID HIS HAND SLIP
