I NAME HAD ALREADY GIVEN THE SIGNAL TO SHUT DOWN FOR THE DAY. HE HAD CLIMBED UP ON THE CRUSHER AND WAS HEADED DOWN TO THE WALKWAY BY THE HEAD PULLEY OF THE DISCHARGE CONVEYOR. HE REALLY DOSENT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN BUT HE MUST HAVE PLACED HIS HAND ON THE BELT TO STEADY HIMSELF AS HE STEPPED DOWN TO THE WALKWAY. THE BELT PULLED HIS RIGHT HAND ARM AROUND THE PULLEY UP TO HIS SHOULDER BE
