EMPLOYEE WAS IN THE CRUSHER SHOP REPAIRING THE JAW IMPACT ROLL. THE WIRE FEED WELDING GUN WAS LAYING ON THE GROUNDED WORK TABLE, EMPLOYEE BUMPED THE GUN CAUSING AN ARC TO FLASH. AS EMPLOYEE WAS NOT INTENDING TO WELD HE DID NOT HAVE HIS WELDING GOGGLES ON. THE ARC CAUSED A WELDING FLASH BURN TO HIS EYES.
