A NUT WAS STUCK UP IN SOCKET OF IMPACTOR. EMPLOYEE PUT HIS FINGER IN THE SOCKET TO GET IT OUT. HE APPARENTLY HIT THE TRIGGER. THE IMPACTOR SCREWED THE NUT ONTO HIS FINGER.
