WHILE CHECKING THE FAN BELT IDLER PULLEY ON THE DREDGE "MINK" (GENERATOR PLANT), I.NAME LEANED AGAINST THE PULLEY'S STARTER BUTTON. HIS HAND WAS DRAWN ALONG THE PULLEY, RESULTING THE END OF HIS INDEX FINGER BEING SEVERED. IT WAS ATTACHED BY A PORTION OF SKIN ONLY.
