EMPLOYEE UNKNOWINGLY STUCK HIS RIGHT HAND INTO COOLING FAN BLADE ON A GASOLINE, PORTABLE WELDER WHILE TRYING TO ADJUST CARBURETOR THROTTLE LINKAGE. THIS CAUSED LACERATIONS TO HIS RIGHT HAND FI NGERS (39 STITCHES). THERE ARE NO BROKEN BONES OR AMPUTATIONS.
