THE VICTIM, SHOVEL OPERATOR, BREAKING UP LARGE ROCKS USING THE TEETH OF THE SHOVEL WAS SPATTERED WITH SMALL BITS OF ROCK. ONE OF THEM FLEW INTO HIS LEFT EYE.
