INJURED PLACED RT HAND IN #1 MILL FEEDER HOPPER TO REMOVE ALLEGED LODGED MATL EQUIPMENT WAS STARTED BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AS A RESULT INJUREDS HAND WAS DRAWN INTO THE EQUIPMENT COVER OVER FEEDER HAD BEEN REMOVED COMPLETELY WHICH ALLOWED EQUIPMENT TO BE OPERABLE IF COVER HAD BEEN SLID TO ONE SIDE IT WOULD HAVE ACTIVATED A SWITCH WHICH WOULD MAKE THE EQUIPMENT INOPERATIVE
