EMPLOYEE WASOPERATING BHM EQUIPMENT INSTALLING 2 1/2" CUTTING JET SECTIONS. HE HAD PLACED A HOLDING CLAMP AT THE TOP OF ONE OF THE SECTIONS BUT DID NOT SECURE IT. WHEN THE SECRTION WAS LIFTED THE CLAMP SLID DOWN AND HIT HIS LEFT HAND, INJURING HIS FINGER.
