EMPLOYEE WAS GRINDING ABOUT A DOZEN EYE LIFT PLATES ON THE BENCH. EVERY TIME HE WOULD STOP TO CHANGE PLATES AND RECLAMP, HE WOULD START THE GRINDER WHICH WOULD THROW THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. EMPLO YEE KEPT THE GRINDER RUNNING AND SET IT ON ITS BACKSIDE WHILE RE-CLAMPING. AFTER ABOUT 10 PIECES OF PLAT, THE GRINDER SLIPPED AND CAUGHT LEFT ARM.
