EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WELDING A CAP ON AN ARTESIAN WELL.THE HOLE FILLED WITH WATER A FEW INCHES DEEP AND REFLECTED THE WELDING FLASH BACK.THIS RESULTED IN A FLASH BURN FOR THE EMPLOYEES EYES.
