EE WAS DRILLING AND LOADING HOLES HE TURNED TO LOAD HOLE AND HE FELT A SHARP PAIN OR PULL IN HIS MUSCLE. THE PAIN WAS LOCATED IN HIS BACK. NOT SURE WHETHER IT WAS LOWER OR UPPER.
