HE WAS CLEANING THE OIL DISTRIBUTOR WITH A STEAM CLEANER. ALTHOUGH HE WAS WEARING SAFETY GLASSES, THE PRESSURE FROM THE CLEANER KNOCKED THE GLASSES OFF AND CLEANER WENT IN HIS EYES.
