AS EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING UP HIS DOZER, THE END OF AN UNSECURED TOW CABLE THAT WAS LOOPED AROUND THE END OF THE DOZER AND THROUGH THE ROPS GOT CAUGHT IN THE LEFT TRACK. THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT NOTI CE THE CABLE BEING PULLED THROUGH THE ROPS FROM THE RIGHT, AND WHEN THE END OF THE CABLE GOT TO THE CAGE, IT WAS MOMENTARILY CAUGHT BETWEEN THE LIGHT BRACKET AND THE CAGE BEFORE IT SNAPPED TH
