EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING TO FLAG A CRANE OPERATOR WHO WAS HANDLING A LENGTH OF PIPE WITH THE CRANE. THE WORK WAS BEING DOEN IN A CONGESTED AREA. THE PIPE BECAME LODGED AGAINST A SECTION OF HAND RAIL. THE HAND RAIL BROKE. EMPLOYEE MOVED QUICKLY TO GET OUT OF THE WAY, HE FELL AGAINST THE PIPE AND WAS KNOCKED DOWN ONTO HIS RIGHT SIDE.

EMPL WAS STANDING NEAR END OF LENGTH OF PIPE WHICH WAS BEING MOVED BY BULLDOZER DRAGGED BY DOZER. PIPE BECAME SNAGGED ON HALF BURIED TREE ROOT MADE RECOIL MOTION & STRUCK EMPL ON LET ANKLE.

EE WAS USING A DRILL TO DRILL A HOLE IN THE METAL ON A MOTOR CASING. THE BIT WAS DULL AND BECAME LODGED IN THE METAL, CAUSING THE DRILL MOTOR TO TURN VERY SUDDENLY. THE EE S RIGHT HAND WAS SLA MMED HARD AGAINST A NEARBY GEAR TOOTH.
