EE STATES THAT HE WAS USING AN OXYGEN/ACETYLENE CUTTING TORCH TO REMOVE SOME BOLTS. WHILE LAYING ON HIS RIGHT SIDE A PIECE OF SLAG OR SPARK WENT INTO HIS LEFT EAR. ON 2/3/00 A DR. REMOVED A PI ECE OF FOREIGN MATERIAL & PRESCRIBED EAR DROPS.
