EMPLOYEE WAS TRACKING DRILL TO HOLE AND HAD CAB DOOR OPEN. HE WAS HOLDING THE DOOR POST WITH LEFT HAND AND THE DOOR UNLOCKED FROM ITS OPEN POSITION AND SLAMMED SHUT ON HIS LEFT HAND FINGERS RESULTING IN A FRACTURE TO THE TIP OF HIS MIDDLEFINGER AND LACERATIONS TO BOTH HIS MIDDLE AND RING FINGER REQUIRING STITCHES.
