AT 11:00 AM, THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING THE "TRACK DRILL" IN THE EXTRACTION AREA. HE OPENED THE DOOR TO THE CABIN WHILE THE EQUIPMENT WAS RUNNING AND THE VIBRATION CAUSED THE DOOR TO SHUT WHIL E HE HAD HIS HAND ON THE FRAME. THIS CAUSED AN INJURY TO HIS THREE FINGERS OF HIS LEFT HAND.
