MR. MURPHY WAS WATCHING ANOTHER EE USING A CUTTING TORCH ON THE HOOD OF A TRUCK. MR. MURPHY REACHED FOR A WIRE CUTTER & TURNED TO TALK TO SOMEONE BEHIND HIM. AT THE SAME TIME THE CUTTING TORC H WAS TURNED TOT HE SIDE IN ORDER TO TURN IT OFF. THE TORCH FLAME WENT ACROSS MR. MURPHY\S HAND CAUSING 1ST DEGREE BURNS ON THE TOP OF HIS LEFT HAND & 2ND DEGREE BURNS BETWEEN HIS FINGERS.
