EE WAS PUTTING A CHAIN ON A ROTOPACTOR CAP BEINGLIFTED & MOVED BY A CRANE. ONCE THE CHAIN WAS AROUND THE CRANE OPERATOR PUT IT TO THE CROUND. EEWAS STANDING NEAR & THE ROTO PACTOR WAS PLACED O N HIS RIGHT FOOT. NO OTHERS WERE INJURED IN THISINCIDENT NO DAMAGES STO EQUIPMENT WERE SUSTAINED.
