EE WAS WORKING IN THE CHUTE, GOING INTO THE SOUTH SCALPER SCREEN HE WAS WELDING AND A PIECE OF HOT STEEL DROPPED DOWN INTO HIS RUBBER ROOT AND LANDED ON THE INSTEP OF HIS STEEL BOOT. BEFORE HE COULD GET HIS RUBBER BOOT OFF THE PIECE OF HOT STEEL HAD MELTED THRU THE LACES OF HIS FOOT AND WAS BURNING INTO THE TO GE OF HIS WORK BOOT. IT WAS ALSO BURNING THE INSTEP OF HIS FOOT.
