EMPLOYEE WAS DISASSEMBLING THE CATWALK ON CRUSHER AND WAS USING TORCH TO CUT BOLTS FROM THE WALKWAY TO THE CONTROL COUP AND WHEN HE GOT DOWN FROM THE EQUIPMENT THE OPERATOR OF THE CONTROL COUP LOWERED THE COUP ONTO THE FRAME CAUSING TH EPIECE OF ANGLE IRON TO DISLODGE AND FALL HITTING EMPLOYEE ON THE HEAD.
