EE WENT TO SEE DR. TO GO VOER EMG RESULTS WHICH WERE FROM A PREVIOUS INJURY. EE ALLEGEDLY CLAIMS THAT WHEN GOING BACK TO REGULAR DUTY, HE AGGRAVATED A PRIOR INJURY. HE WAS SENT TO DR. FOR AND EMG AND CAR. DR. PUT HIM ON LIGHT DUTY 6-13-00. PRIOR TO THIS, THE EE WAS RELEASED TO FULL DUTY FORM HIS PRIOR INJURY AND HAD BEEN WORKING HIS REGULAR WORK DUTY AND HOURS.
