WHILE SANDBLASTING THE CRUSHER CONCAVES AT THE PRIMARY CRUSHER THE SANDBLASTING NOZZLE STRUCK THE MASK. SAND GOT UNDER THE MASK. HE WENT TO WIPE HIS EYE, RELEASED THE TRIGGER ON THE NOZZLE, BU T UNIT DID NOT SHUT OFF AND CAME UP AND HIT THE INJURED IN THE MOUTH.
