The employee attempted to adjust a strap on a hook as the winch was taking up slack in the line. The line became taut and the employee's fingertip was pinched momentarily between the strap and hook saddle.

Showing all 8EE (injured Miner) and another Miner were hanging curtains in the 8WFWSWM area. EE was holding the curtain while the other Miner was using a hand held drill to drill a small hole in the curtain, so they could pin it to the wall. The drill caught the curtain and ee glove, spinning the glove and hand up in the curtain. ee right thumb was fractured.
Employee was chipping concrete with jackhammer and sledge hammer; lime dust was also present; dust got in employee's eye causing to scratch right eye.
Employee was using a hand grinder to grind welds on the screen of the Old Side Silo, when he stated he felt something in his right eye. He was wearing safety glasses and a face shield. Employee did not report the injury on Friday 7/24 as required, and reported it to supervision Sunday 7/26.
