TRYING TO LINE UP SCREW THAT OPENS THE DOOR ON SURGE TANK SO IT COULD BE WELDED. ANOTHER EE ENERGIZED SYSTEM TO EXTEND SCREW SO IT COULD BE WELDED. SCREW EXTENDED & BOLT ON COUPLING CAUGHT BOTTOM OF PANTS PULLING LEFT FOOT UP. BOLT WENT DOWN INTO BOOT BESIDE ANKLE & PULLED FOOT UP.
