Injured was drilling wear plate and brushed chips away with hand while wearing gloves. Spiral chip from rotating drill snagged glove and cut through it, cutting middle finger on right hand. Required 9 stitches.

EE WAS USING A 4" GRINDER TO GRIND OFF EXTRA BOLT LENGTH FOR BELT CLAMPS ON S2 CONVEYOR. WENT HOME FOR THE DAY, EYE WAS BOTHERING HIM. HE TRIED TO WAIT IT OUT, EYE GOT WORSE. WENT TO DOCTOR AN D THEY REMOVED MATERIAL FROM HIS LEFT EYE.
