EE was unblocking the cage crusher with a chipping gun. Broken rock flew out of the top of the crusher and hit EE directly under their safety glasses and into their left eye.

EE was welding and moving workplace when EE hit the welding lead which fell on to the table with the rod in stinger. (At this point EE had shield raised.) The EE went to pickup the welder which was arcing which caused burn to both eyes. EE also got a piece of dirt in the left eye. (Probably from rubbing it.)
Employee was welding and burned his upper right and left arms.
EE was picking up tools in the weld shop while another EE was chipping slag. The EE turned towards the EE chipping and a piece of metal went in the right eye.
Employee was hard facing blocks for crusher when slag flew into left eye under a gap in the safety glasses he was wearing.
EE was cutting metal with a torch. A spark from the torch went into his left ear. The EE sustained a burn to his left ear, which became infected.
WAS WELDING OUTSIDE THE CAGE MILL AND KNELT ON A STONE, INJURING THE BURSA SAC ON HIS LEFT KNEE. IT WAS DIAGNOSED AS SUPRAPATALLAR BURSITIS, CELLULITIS SET IN AFTERWARD.
