Employee was cleaning around grinding mill #5 when mill puffed a cloud of dust into the air due to back pressure in the mill system. Natural barium sulfate (barite) material got into employee's eyes and back. Employee flushed eyes with water and eye saline. Employee was treated for eye abrasion and prescribed for eye drops.
