EE was washing out under the secondary crusher with a hose. As EE was doing this, a large rock came off the secondary screen and struck EE in the right arm causing a fracture to the shaft of the right radius.

Showing all 5EE was removing pusher bolts from the crusher. Using left hand to guide the impact wrench to remove the bolts, the left index finger got caught between the lip of the crusher, and the impact wrench fracturing the finger. EE was taken to the ER. EE was diagnosed with an internal fracture of the left index finger between the first and 2nd knuckle. On light duty.
