THE DRAGLINE BOOM STOP JAMMED. THE EMPLOYEE USED A HAMMER TO JAR THE BOOM STOP. IT SPRANG FREE AND HIT HIM IN THE HEAD, CAUSING HIM TO FALL OFF THE MACHINE (APPROX. 6 FEET ) TO THE GROUND. INJ URIES CONSIST OF A BUMP ON THE HEAD, SPRAINED RIGHT ANKLE AND SCRATCHES ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BACK.
