EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING BACK WHEN HE SLIPPED AND BEGAN TO FALL. HE TRIED TO CATCH DRILL WHILE FALLING AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER IN THE CRADLE OF THE DRILL AND LEG. THIS AREA WAS A SEVERE PINCH POINT.
