Laborer was moving portable compactor from top of access road to bottom of access road. Compactor was in front bucket of backhoe. As laborer came to a stop, backhoe tires slopped and slid about one foot. Ground guide was bumped with bucket on left hip and buttocks. Ground guide received bruises and was prescribed pain meds. Work restrictions cannot be accommodated by employer.

Working in small space miner was holding chip gun chest high for extended period and shoulder became sore. He did not report this at time and sought medical assistance from chiropractor, who said he had separated shoulder, which he moved back into place. Reported incident on 9/24/12.
Employee was grinding in a screen to put in a new screening deck. Particles of dust were in his eyes causing an infection in his eye.
