A loose bolt came loose from the dewatering vibrator and hit employee on the left thumb. Thumb was swollen.
EE caught his finger in between auger and auger barrel and pinched his finger to the point of cutting it. No bone broken. Six stitches required. He did not miss any work.
Ee was replacing a section of 6" pipe when a section of it fell on his foot.

EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING THE TOP WHEN A PIECE OF STEEL FELL OUT OF THE HOLE AND HIT HIS LEFT HAND CAUSING A BRUISED HAND AND A SMALL CUT WHICH TOOK A FEW STITCHES.
