THE DOZER WHICH3THE ACCIDENT VICTIM WAS OPERTING BECAME DISABLED & OP DISMOUNTED THE MACHINE TO EXAMINE PROBLEM. A SECOND D9 WAS OPERATING ON THE BENCH ABOVE THE DISABLED MACHINE. A FROZEN PIE CE OF DIRT APPR2X 2 1/2' ROLLED DOWN FROM THE UPPER BENCH TO THE LOWER BENCH STRIKING VICTIM IN TH ECALF OF T HE LEGS KNOCKING HIM TO T HE GROUND. THE VICTIM HAD HIS BACK TO T HE UPPER BENCH.
