MARK PITTMAN WAS GRADING BOTTOM IN THE TRACK ENTRY TO MAINTAIN 6 FT. OF HEIGHT. WHILE BACKING THE MINER UP, HE USED HIS RIGHT FOOT TO PUSH THE MINER CABLE OUT OF THE WAY. HIS RIGHT HEEL SLIPPE D UNDER THE MINER CAB CAUSING A FRACTURE TO HIS HEEL.
