INJURY OCCURRED WHILE EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING SIDE FRAME OFF D9L DOZER.A TRUCK CRANE WAS BEING USED TO LIFT THE FRAME.EMPLOYEE WAS GUIDING IT TRACK FRAME FROM POSITION ON DOZER WHEN IT CAUGHT ON THE BLADE PUSH ARM.THIS CAUSED THE FRAME TO SWING AROUND AND CATCH HIS FINGER BETWEEN IT AND THE FINAL DRIVE ON THE DOZER.THE RESULT WAS A BROKEN AND CUT FINGER WHICH REQUIRED GOING TO HOSPIT

ACCIDENT HAPPENED WHILE EMPL WAS USING CUTTING TORCH TO CUT PIN OUT OF END OF HOIST CYLINDER ON 992B. HOT SPARK FROM TORCH BURNT HOLE IN ONE OF PLASTIC HYDRAULIC LINES THAT FEED OIL TO BUCKET POSITIONER. PRESSURE IN LINE CAUSED OIL TO SPRAYOUT & IGNITE BURNING EMPLS ARMS & LEGS. EMPL WAS TAKEN BY CO VEHICLE TO HOSPTIAL. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO MACHINE.
