EMPLOYEE HAD EQUIPMENT ON AN INCLINED GRADE. HAD SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE AND LOCKED BRAKES. HE WAS DISMOUNTING THE MACHINE BY WAY OF THE LEFT TRACK OF THE DOZER, WHENT HE DOZER MOVED AND CAUGHT T HE OPERATOR BETWEEN THE RUNNING BOARD AND TRACK OF THE MACHINE, PINNING HIM TO THE MACHINE. EMPLOYEE SUFFERED A DISLOCATED RIGHT HIP AND FOUR TRAVERSE FRACTURED LUMBAR.
