EMPLOYEE HAD SAFETY GOGGLES ON AND WAS GRINDING ON A PIECE OF STEEL AND A TINY PARTICLE OF STEEL GOT BY HIS GOGGLES ANDWENT INTO HIS RIGHT EYE. AT THE TIME, HE JUST THOUGH HE HAD GOTTEN A PIEC E OF DIRT IN HIS EYE, BUT LATER IT BEGAN TO BOTHER HIM, SO HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR ON 12-12-83.
