EMPLOYEE WAS MO6NTING A TIRE ON THE LEFT FRONT HUB OF A EUCLID HAUL TRUCK. HE WAS USING A DRIVE AIR WRENCH TO TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS AND CLAMPS. AS HE APPLIED POWER TO THE WRENCH, THE SIDE HAN DLE STRUCK HIS 0OREARM CAUSING HIM TO LOOSE HIS GRIP ON THE CLAMP. THE RAPID ADVANCE OF THE LUG NUT BY AIR WRENCH RESULTED IN THE EMPLOYEES THUMB BEING PINCHED BETWEEN THE LUG NUT AND CLAMP.
