EE WAS ON TOP OF THE MINER TO REMOVE A ROCK FOULED IN THE CONVEYOR CHAIN WHEN THE MINER OPERATOR MOVED THE MINER CATCHING THE EE BETWEEN THE ROOF AND MACHINE BRUISING HIS KNEE AND BACK.
