THE EE WAS OPERATING A 355 KOMATSU BULLDOZER PERFORMING BACKFILLING OPERATION. DURING NORMAL OPERATOR PROCESDURES EE WAS TURNING AND TWISTING WHILE OPERATING DOZER. EE STARTED TO EXPERIENCED B ACK PAINS AND SWELLING OF MUSCLES IN THE LOWER BACK.
