THE EMPLOYEE WAS INSIDE THE HOPPER OF THE NORDBERG ROCK CRUSHER WRAPPING A CHAIN AROUND AN OVERSIZED ROCK TO REMOVE THE ROCK. THE EXCAVATOR OPERATOR WAS LOWERING THE BUCKET TO FASTEN THE CHAIN . THE BUCKET DROPPED TOO FAR TOO FAST PINCHING THE EMPLOYEE BETWEEN THE BUCKET AND THE ROCK.
