EE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF INSTALLING THE FRONT DECK ON THE EUCLID R-190 TRUCK. A CRANE WAS BEING USED TO PERFORM THIS TASK. WHEN THE DECK FREED, IT SWUNG SLIGHTLY TO THE LEFT PINCHING EE'S LEFT HAND AGAINST THE HANDRAIL. (NO FRACTURE, CONTUSION ONLY).
