THE EMPLOYEE WAS BUILDING A GAS TANK. WHILE HE WAS CHECKING FOR LEAKS BYINTRODUCING COMPRESSED MATERIALS INTO TANK LEAKS WERE NOTICED FROM SOAP BUBBLES. AIR WAS THEN FORCED INTO TANK TO DILUTE AIR WAS THEN FORCED INTO TANK TO DILUTE THE GAS INSIDE. AS HE ATTEMPTED TO BARZE THE LEAKS THE TANK EXPLODED BREAKING HIS LEFT ARM.
