WELDER WELDED A HOOK-UP WELD TO A PIECE OF SHEETMETAL FOR LIFTING. WHILE LIFTING THE HOOK-UP BROKE AT THE WELD POINT AND THE SHEET STRUCK THE WELDER ON THE RIGHT FOOT.
