EMPLOYEE WAS PR9PARING TO REMOVE AN IDLER FROM A D-9 DOZER WITH A CRANE AND A LIFTING CLAMP. THE LIFTING CLAMP SLIPPED OFF THE IDLER AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN THE RIGHT FOREHEAD CAUSING A LACERAT ION TO HIS FORE2EAD, REQUIRING THREE SUTURES.
