MINER OPERATOR WAS CUTTING COAL FROM THE BOTTOM UPWARDS AND WHEN THE RIPPER HEAD SUMPED INTO THE ROCK MIDDLEMAN IT CAUSED THE MINER TO BUCK AND THROW HIM UP INTO THE CANOPY INJURING HIS NECK A ND BACK.
