THE HELPER WAS MOVING PINNER OVER TO SET UP FOR THE NEXT ROOF BOLT TO BE INSTALLED.THE OPERATOR GOT BETWEEN THE PINNER AND THE RIB.WHEN THE HELPER OF THE MACHINE CAUGHT HIS KNEE WITH THE STAB JACK RING.
