EE WAS BOLTING TOP WHEN A SLUG OF ROCK FELL OFF THE RIB AND STRUCK HIM ON THE TOP OF HIS RIGHT FOOT.
HE WAS PUTTING UP A ROOF BOLT; IN DOING SO, HE WAS USING A WRENCH TO TWIST HIS STEEL OUT OF THE HOLE. AS HE WAS TWISTING THE WRENCH, IT SLIPPED OFF HIS STEEL AND HIT HIM OVER HIS RIGHT EYE, MA KING A CUT ABOUT 2" LONG ALONG HIS EYEBROW.
